The 4 C’s of Confidence

4 Cs of Confidence

I talk to so many business professionals that struggle to find where their next breakthrough will come from. When faced with the inevitable inflection of growth, there’s so many variables it can often feel overwhelming. At OneSource we have tackled these moments with an approach referred to as the 4 C’s of Confidence, thanks to Strategic Coach!

Strategic Coach founder and President, Dan Sullivan, describes the process as such:

“Nothing starts until you commit to achieving a specific measurable result by a specific date in your future. After you’ve made the commitment, courage is required because you have to take action before you’ve acquired the capability to achieve the result. Capability is actually created because of your commitment and courage. And, finally, confidence is the result of these first three stages.”

The idea is simple. Progress can not be made until your commitment is great enough that it spurs on the courage to try.

This concept tells us that we really need is commitment. The rest will come.
